Frequently Asked Questions

Are your miniature architecture pieces DIY kits?

No. Our Miniature Architecture collection consists of fully finished, ready-to-display pieces. No building or assembly is required.

How does the lighting work?

Each miniature building includes a rechargeable Type-C battery and warm LED lighting with 2–3 brightness levels. The touch switch is located on the roof or base, depending on the design. Please see the individual product page for the exact placement.

Where will my order ship from?

Available U.S. stock ships from our U.S. warehouse. When U.S. stock is sold out, available inventory may ship from China. If an item is made to order, it will be shown as a pre-order before purchase.

When will my order arrive?

U.S. in-stock items are typically delivered in 3–8 business days. China in-stock items are typically delivered in 5–20 business days. Pre-order pieces dispatch within 30 days.

Can I return my order?

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and returned in original packaging. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production begins. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos or an unboxing video. We will help resolve damage or incorrect-item issues.
